Individual therapy here is oriented toward resolution rather than escalation.
The focus is on supporting people to step out of prolonged internal strain, reduce competing pressures, and regain clarity after periods of sustained effort or conflict.
Clients often come in highly capable and effective, yet worn down by carrying responsibility without relief. This work addresses patterns of overextension, stalled progress, and effort that no longer produce meaningful returns. The goal is not endurance for its own sake, but recalibration.
Sessions are structured and grounded. We work directly with what is weighing things down, interrupt unproductive cycles, and reorient perspective when forward movement has become constrained. The pace is intentional, and the work is practical.
This is not therapy aimed at emotional detachment or endless processing of pain. It is also not about cultivating independence by doing everything alone. The focus is on clear endings, thoughtful change, and rebuilding from a place of greater alignment.
Over time, people will experience substantive shifts in how they relate to responsibility, decision-making, and periods of transition. Change here is not cosmetic. It holds.
Individual therapy is offered via telehealth to New York residents only. This work is often sought out by women navigating high responsibility and sustained pressure.
I accept a limited number of insurance plans and am available for private pay clients.

A structured approach to group storytelling and shared perspective.
Storytelling circles are designed to create shared spaces for reflection, connection, and curiosity. They are structured gatherings where people come together through story and conversation in a way that feels intentional and engaging.
These spaces invite shared perspective through listening, presence, and dialogue. The emphasis is on thoughtful participation, language that resonates, and conversations that stay with people beyond the room.
I facilitate these circles with close attention to pacing, structure, and group dynamics. My role is to guide the process, hold the arc of the conversation, and support dialogue that feels cohesive and alive.
What distinguishes this work from traditional workshops or group activities is its precision. Drawing from council-based practices and restorative justice traditions, the space is shaped through carefully designed prompts and story invitations that support conversations unfolding with clarity, depth, and momentum.
Over time, groups experience a stronger connection, greater ease in communication, and a deeper sense of shared understanding. The impact is not a momentary experience, but a lasting shift in how people relate to one another and to the spaces they share.
Storytelling circles are well suited for retreats, leadership gatherings, and community settings. I am available to facilitate in Austin, Texas, with other locations available upon request.
